The Member Services/Eligibility department works with our contracted clients health plans to provide the most up-to-date member information for our physicians, claims, and utilization management department. Optima Medical Management Group provides our Primary Care Physicians (“PCP”) a monthly E-list that is user friendly to track the PCP’s members and Initial Health Assessment Requirements. The member services staff are thoroughly trained to address member issues courteously and expediently in order to uphold the standard of our IPA’s, Health Plans, and each individual physician. Optima Medical Management Group has a sophisticated “Call Center” that tracks and trends member calls.
