Our Information Technology Department is a support unit providing technical expertise, support, and help desk to our employees and providers. Optima Medical Management Group uses technology to continually increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Utilizing advanced computer software helps facilitate information to our providers and contracted health plans. Optima Medical Management Group has co-developed a web-based management system that allows providers the ability to submit claims and authorizations; check claims status, eligibility, and authorizations.
